The Hawaiians will celebrate almost any occasion by having a luau. Baby's first birthday is still
the number one reason for a luau. By Hawaii tradition, along with birthday and wedding celebrations, 
a luau was for celebrating a victorious battle or the end of a harvest. It was their way of honoring of the gods
and the sharing their good fortune with friends and family.

Spectacular luau grounds on beach BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT "HAWAIIAN VILLAGE" SETTING.
This is one of the reasons why the Old Lahaina Luau is considered to be Hawaii's 
most authentic Hawaiian Luau.
The beachfront grounds are spectacular, the circular stage creates a good view 
for everyone. The award-winning entertainment tells the story of Hawaiian culture and the delicious food is authentic Hawaiian cuisine. 
The whole staff takes pride in their presentation of this unforgettable evening.
Your evening consists of a Fresh Flower lei greeting, Hawaiian crafts, unearthing 
of the Kalua Pua'a from the Hawaiian underground oven.
Open bar throughout the evening, Hawaiian dinner, and entertainment.

Seats are pre-assigned and based on the date and time your reservation is confirmed. 
You may request traditional seating on the grass with cushions directly in front of the stage or at regular 
tables and chairs.
Please let us know if you need wheelchair access or high chair.
Also, when ordering, let us know if you are bringing infant(s) - at no
charge. We need to reserve for the actual number of guests in your party.

Kalua Pua'a; Pork roasted in beachside Imu   Assorted seafood and shellfish prepared Island Style.)
Pulehu Steak: Grilled Top Sirloin Steak    Chicken prepared Island Style
Stir Fry Vegetables    Taro Salad    Lomi-Lomi Salmon
Ahi Poke: Fresh raw ahi (yellow fin tuna) with green onions and Maui onions
Poi: Made from boiling and mashing the root of the taro plant
Poi Rolls, Sweet Bread Rolls, Haupia,  Banana bread & coconut pudding
Fruit: Fresh seasonal fruits
   Salad, rolls and Desserts are Served at your table     
Fresh Tossed Green Salad, served with Maui onion or papaya seed dressing. Fresh baked Taro Rolls with Macadamia Nut butter. 
Desserts include Chocolate Mac Nut Brownie, Lilikoi Mousse Cup, Coconut Haupia, and Maui Macadamia Nut Tart.
