The 350cc quads are easy to operate but if you prefer, you may ride in the Hummer
or Jeep Wrangler along with the group.  The morning tour includes a continental 
breakfast and the afternoon tour gives you a deli lunch. 
On the 3 hour guided tour you will travel into private property on Haleakala Ranch 
and on a short guided hike on the Ohia Rain Forest. No other company can enter this area. 
property is a working ranch so you may get an added bonus of encountering Paniolos 
(cowboys) working with their cattle.

Your guide shares with you stories and history of this beautiful area - taking plenty of time to take pictures and drink in the feeling of Old Hawaii. The views and terrain are spectacular.
The 3 hour tour goes at 8:30 AM and also at 12:30 PM. You will ride the ATV for 10-14 miles round trip. If you prefer, you can ride with a driver in a support vehicle.

TOUR #3: Haleakala Fly-N-Drive:
ATV ride and then.. the ZIPLINE!
If you REALLY want the ultimate in excitement......
First you drive your ATV on a 6 to 8 mile off-road adventure. Then you go for a half-mile hike through a eucalyptus forest to Sky-Line Eco Adventures...
Sounds great, doesn't it? Now for the finale:
The tour ends with a series of zip-line rides over a 70 ft. deep gulch. This is the same activity you may have seen on the "Little People - Big World" TV series. They loved it so much, they built one on their property in Oregon.

This tour is is only available on Sundays and is very popular - book it early as it's not uncommon for it to be booked weeks in advance. All tours are operated by certified guides and you are equipped with customized harness and equipment. Tour starts at 8:30 AM. and lasts for 4-1/2 hours.  Remember: Sundays only and book well in advance.

NOTE: Ages 5 - 80 are welcome (pregnant women cannot be accommodated - sorry).  Driver must be least 16 years of age. One rider allowed per ATV. Closed toed shoes, long sleeves and long pants are required. Bring jacket or light sweater. Children under 12 must ride in support vehicle with a parent.
Weight requirement: 80 to 260 lbs.
Not for persons with joint, heart or bone problems or fear of heights. Must be able to hike over rough terrain for one-half mile. This activity is at an elevation of 4200 ft.

Tours are easy, and great for beginners and advanced riders. It's a favorite tourist activity.
Helmets, goggles and gloves are provided. Raingear is provided, if needed.

All Riders must sign an Acknowledgment of Risk form. This is standard for many activities on Maui.
